主要从事高强、耐磨、低摩擦仿生关节软骨材料和石墨烯复合材料方面研究。目前主持贵州省科技厅项目2项,以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文11篇,获得江苏省科学技术三等奖1项,参与撰写专著1部。
