徐鹏，男，1987年出生，博士后，副教授，硕士研究生导师。长期从事激光增材制造、电弧增材制造、飞秒激光微纳制造、新能源电池等相关研究工作。近年来主持省部级及校级项目10余项、以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文40余篇（其中，中科院二区及以上SCI论文15篇）、以第一发明人获得中国发明专利授权10件，获贵州省科技进步三等奖2项、合著专著及“十四五”规划教材各1部。长期担任“Journal of Advanced Ceramics”、“Carbon”、“Materials and Design”、“Journal of Materials Research and Technology”、“Journal of Alloys and Compounds”、“International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer”、“Optics and Laser Technology”、“Optics and Lasers in Engineering”、“Engineering failure analysis”、“Langmuir”、“Surface and Coatings Technology”等国际知名期刊特约审稿人。近年来指导本科生获批国家级大创项目3项，指导本科生以第一作者发表SCI论文3篇，指导本科生参加技能大赛获国家级一等奖1项、省级一等奖及二等奖各1项。
